1. I entered the wrong email address or phone number. what should I do?

2. How do I pay?
Using PayPal for now. Debit cards can be used to pay via PayPal, and there is no need to register a PayPal account.
3. Can I use multiple discount codes on the same order?
For large orders (more than 10 pieces of the same product) or custom orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with discount information.
4. How to check the delivery information of an order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be given a tracking number and you can track the package on the logistics company’s tracking tool. We will send the tracking number to your email.
5. How long does it take for the product to be shipped?
Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

6. If I purchase a standard product and return it, how long will it take to receive my refund?

7. How to cancel an order?
Custom products are not eligible for disqualification as custom products cannot be resold.
For standard products, you can cancel for free by replying to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. You can still cancel as long as the product has not shipped yet. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
